FAQ
How long does construction take?
Most fence projects take 2 to 3 days depending on length and terrain. Decks typically run 1 to 2 weeks based on size and complexity. We give you a clear timeline before we start.
What materials do you recommend?
We recommend pressure treated, Cedar hold up well in Ontario winters and ages beautifully. Composite materials require less maintenance but cost more upfront. We’ll walk you through the pros and cons of each
Do you handle permits?
We manage the permits process for you. It’s part of doing the job right and protecting your investment.
Can you repair instead of replace?
Often yes. We inspect the damage and tell you honestly whether repair makes sense. Sometimes replacement is better choice, and we’ll say so.
